4. Returns & Refunds
Coffee (Non-Returnable)
Due to its perishable and consumable nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for coffee purchases. This policy ensures product safety, quality, and hygiene, as we cannot verify the condition of returned consumables.
If your coffee arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@amelia.london, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Reusable Cups & Accessories
We accept returns for non-consumable products such as reusable cups, provided that:

The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

You contact us within 14 days of receiving the item

The item is returned to us within 14 days of approval
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
